Training with the EAE Strength Staff will take your game to the next level and realize success you never dreamed about. With over 35 years of experience in 12 sports, our staff is well-equipped to take you to the next level. With our customized app for iOS and Android, we have the ability to train you anywhere and anytime. Our programs will be customized for each individual, beginning at age 12. You could pay up to $500/mo or more for a personal strength coach who knows your specific sport, or you could use our app and pick the strength coach that best fits your specific needs. Use technology to get the best training around for a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer. Train up to 4 days a week and reach a new level in the game. Here’s how it works:


  1. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page with your preferred Strength Coach
  2. We will send you a questionnaire to understand where you are from a strength standpoint, your goals and how to design your strength programming to maximize your talent
  3. We will discuss with you the process, our technology that will deliver the program and answer any questions you may have
  4. We will send you a link to sign up for the monthly plan
  5. We will contact you with a start date and give you private access to your strength coach for follow ups and questions regarding your plan

Team Training available too! Email us at and we’ll contact you regarding a customized team program in any sport that includes offseason, inseason and preseason. Coach Kevin Fitzgerald, CSCS, SCCCa

Coach Fitz was a collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coach for over 10 years at Florida State University, University of Notre Dame, and Vanderbilt University, in Nashville, TN. Now, Coach Fitz uses his expertise in the private sector training athletes on a daily basis and running EAE Combines. As the Head Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at FSU, he was responsible for working with the Seminole football team, the organization and execution of their NFL Pro-Days (Combines), as well as the primary Strength Coach & Conditioning Coach for the powerhouse Florida State baseball team and softball team. He has worked with many sports including: Football, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Basketball, Track & Field, Cross Country, Tennis, Swimming, Hockey, Lacrosse, and Golf. Coach Fitz has had a direct impact in the strength and conditioning development of countless athletes. Some of the athletes he’s trained are NFL Hall of Famers like Derrick Brooks and Walter Jones. He also had a significant impact in the training of Peter Warrick, Warrick Dunn, Anquan Boldin, Sebastian Janikowski, Greg Jones, Darnell Dockett, and many more during his football stint. In baseball, he helped form the foundation for the powerhouse FSU baseball program in the late ’90s and early ’00s.

Coach Brandon Lipps, CSCS, USATF Certified Level 1 Coach

Brandon graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from MTSU so he could make an impact in the lives of young athletes. He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USA Track and Field as a Level 1 Coach. Brandon has multiple years of experience working with male and female athletes of all ages and sports on a daily basis with his strength training programs so athletes can dominate the competition on the field. It all starts in the weight room and Brandon’s continued studying of how to get the most out of the body is knowledge he will pass on to you to further your sports goals.
